This contribution aims to retrace the life and thought of the intellectual and journalist Giano Accame (1928-2009) through his books, his writings and the study of his papers held at the Fondazione Ugo Spirito - Renzo De Felice. Focusing on some of the key figures and themes of his cultural production, this research will outline the contours of what Accame himself called the ‘social right’, radical in its criticism of the financial world and, at the same time, open to dialogue, in a complex balance, with republican, socialist and Catholic circles.
